Russia has shelled a suburban train running on the Shepetivka-Kyiv route in Kyiv Region, leaving one person injured, Ukrinform reported.
The relevant statement was made by Ukrzaliznytsia JSC Board Chairman Oleksandr Kamyshin on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Kyiv Region. Tarasivka Station. The suburban train Shepetivka-Kyiv came under fire. According to the recent data, one person was injured with the broken window glass,” the report states.
A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missiles and airstrikes on Ukrainian cities and villages, killing civilians.
