Azerbaijan's former president to be laid to rest in Alley of Honor

Azerbaijan's first President Ayaz Mutallibov will be laid to rest in Alley of Honor, said his former assistant Anar Aghayev.

He noted that a farewell ceremony with former President Ayaz Mutallibov will be held at the Cultural Center of the State Security Service.
