Shusha declared cultural capital of Turkic world

Azerbaijan’s Shusha city has been declared the cultural capital of the Turkic world for 2023, AzVision.az reports.

The decision was made at a meeting of the Permanent Council of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), held in Turkey’s Bursa city.

Bursa was named the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2022.
