Iran's President Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev over the 30th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic ties, AzVision.az reports.
"Taking into account the joint historical, cultural and religious ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan, our countries have witnessed the experience of sincere relations and good neighbourly relations based on mutual respect over the past year thanks to the will of our peoples and political leaders", Raisi said in his letter.
