First, the climbers laid flowers at the grave of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor.
The expedition participants marched to the Heydar Peak along the designated route.
Alpinists, who climbed the Heydar Peak located at an altitude of 3751 meters above sea level in the Gizilgaya massif of the Greater Caucasus Mountains, paid tribute to the memory of the National
Leader in front of his bas-relief, and raised the State Flag of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
