Selcuk Bayraktar: Karabakh is peak of Azerbaijani-Turkish brotherhood

Karabakh is the peak of the brotherhood between Turkey and Azerbaijan, Selcuk Bayraktar, Chief Technology Officer of Baykar company and Chairman of the Board of Aerospace and Technology Festival, said at the opening ceremony of the TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan on Thursday, AzVision.az reports.

Bayraktar noted that Turkey and Azerbaijan are always together – in good times, in pleasant times, in difficult times.
