Azerbaijani parliament speaker arrives in Kyrgyzstan

A parliamentary delegation led by Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova left for Cholpon-Ata in the Kyrgyz Republic on 23 June in order to take part in the scheduled 11th plenary session of the TurkPA, AzVision.az reports citing the parliament's press service. 

The delegation consists of a Milli Majlis committee chairman Ahliman Amiraslanov, the MPs Hikmat Mammadov, Malahat Ibrahimghizi, Agalar Valiyev, Javanshir Feyziyev, Nizami Jafarov, and Sadagat Valiyev, Chief of the Milli Majlis Staff Farid Hajiyev, and other officials.

They were welcomed at the Issyk-Kul International Airport by Deputy Chairman of Joğorqu Keñeş Ulan Primov, Kyrgyz Deputy Foreign Minister Aye Moldogaziyev, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador in Bishkek Latif Gandilov, the TurkPA Secretary General Mehmet Süreyya and others.

During the forthcoming session, the Chair of the Milli Majlis plans to deliver a speech and have meetings with the leaders of the other participating delegations.

This visit will be over on June 24.
