The second day of the conference is chaired by Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Parliament of Azerbaijan) Sahiba Gafarova.
Parliamentary delegations from more than 40 countries of the world and representatives of 9 international parliamentary organizations are participating in the event. Delegations of 15 countries are headed by their parliament speakers.
The conference will finish its work today, and tomorrow the guests will travel to the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, the city of Shusha.
