 Third Summer Camp of Azerbaijani Diaspora Youth wraps up in Shusha

The Third Summer Camp of Azerbaijani Diaspora Youth has successfully wrapped up in Azerbaijan’s city of Shusha.

Addressing the closing ceremony, Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan’s State Committee on work with Diaspora Elshad Aliyev, Head of Apparatus of the Committee Dashgin Rajabli, as well as Chairman of Shusha City State Reserve Maftun Abbasov congratulated the participants and wished them every success in their education and future endeavors.

The participants were also awarded with certificates.

The event, which ran from August 2 to 8, was co-organized by Azerbaijan’s State Committee on Work with the Diaspora and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation with the support of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Youth and Sports, Azerbaijan Youth Foundation, Azerbaijan’s State Tourism Agency, and the Shusha City State Reserve.

The Summer Camp, held in Shusha, the pearl of Karabakh and the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, brought together 115 young people from 50 countries.

The project, implemented as part of the “Year of Shusha” in Azerbaijan, serves for uniting Azerbaijani youth living abroad around a single platform.
