Azerbaijan is famous as strong sports country, says Ilham Aliyev

Today Azerbaijan is known in the world as a strong sports country, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said during the meeting with athletes representing Azerbaijan at the V Islamic Solidarity Games in Turkish Konya.

On August 9, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in Turkiye for a working visit at the invitation of President of the Republic of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
