Armenian terrorism was prevented: Azerbaijan finds lots of landmines in Lachin

Armenians of Syrian and Lebanese origins who left the Zabukh village in the Lachin district “efficiently” used the time. Thanks to the professionalism of the fortification units of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces, a large number of mines and ammunition were discovered in unexpected directions of the settlement.

The Armenian terrorists, who were transferred from the Middle East to Zabukh village in Lachin, immediately started working as soon as they heard the demand to leave the settlement. While some of them set fire to houses and others desecrated the walls with pig's blood, the actual terrorist activity went unnoticed.

Therefore, the Armenian separatists quietly mined the surroundings of the settlement, the road to the old cemetery, and even the paths leading to the Hakari river, and only after that, they left the areas within the responsibility zone of the peacekeepers.

As a result of the vigilance of the garrison units of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces, a large number of Armenian-made anti-personnel mines, ammunition and other dangerous items were found on the outskirts of the settlement, on the roads and in the ruins of the Zabukh village, which was destroyed during the years of occupation. The search is still ongoing.

The explosive power of the mentioned ammunition has been reduced by two times (to 100 g. Throttle). In this case, the victim of the PMN-E anti-personnel mine usually loses a leg. In other words, the enemy intended to cause maximum damage to our civilian population by using a small amount of throttle. Yes, to our civilians. Because the targets of Armenian terrorism were our experts who came to restore the village and the original residents who will return to Zabukh...

The pictures we captured in Zabukh display the nature and inner face of the Armenian separatists and the forces supporting them, who are fighting day and night in the international arena. It is clear from the markings on the body of the mines that the ammunition buried in the residential area was produced in Armenia in 2021, that is, after the 44-day war, and was transferred to the territory of Azerbaijan from the posts under the control of peacekeepers.
