The International Turkic Academy has issued a statement strongly condemning the military provocation of the Armenian armed forces towards the Dashkasan, Kalbajar and Lachin directions of the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border, which caused loss of lives and injuries, and expressed its deep concern over the situation.
The Turkic Academy reaffirmed its strong support for the territorial integrity of brotherly Azerbaijan and the inviolability of its internationally recognized borders, emphasizing the importance of efforts to normalize relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia with the aim of lasting peace.
The Academy offered its condolences to the people of Azerbaijan and the families of the martyrs, and wished a speedy recovery to those who were wounded during the clashes.
