Azerbaijan will further continue its activities on the basis of the international law, justice and global security, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said during his speech at the Summit of the Member Countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Samarkand, AzVision.az reports.
Stating that the Armenian provocation is a blow to the process of normalization of relations between the two states, the head of the state emphasized that all responsibilities for the escalation of the situation lie with the military and political leadership of Armenia.
