On September 23, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited Armenian citizens who have recently been detained, said Ilaha Huseynova, the head of the public relations department at the ICRC Office in Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports.
"A one-on-one meeting was held with those citizens and the Azerbaijani side provided the ICRC with the relevant information. They have also contacted their families", Huseynova stated.
