He said that Armenia should focus on regional cooperation and hold the extended hand of peace.
Akar prayed for God's blessing of the souls of those martyred as a result of provocations committed by Armenia on the border on September 12-13.
"Turkiye will continue to stand united with our Azerbaijani brothers until today and in the future. We always stand by dear Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan has never been alone," he added.
