Sensational tweet from Pashinyan: Armenia is considered as "Western Azerbaijan".

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan shared a tweet about the establishment of checkpoints on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border.

In his tweet, he says: "A draft decision of the Armenian government on the opening of three checkpoints on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border to provide a connection between eastern #Azerbaijan & #Nakhchivan is being formally circulated for several months. The government of Armenia is waiting for a positive reaction from Azerbaijan."

What is more interesting is that Pashinyan used the phrase "Eastern Azerbaijan". The reason is that if our border areas with Armenia are "Eastern Azerbaijan", then, automatically, the current lands of Armenia belong to Western Azerbaijan. Most importantly, Armenia's Prime Minister admits it himself.

We cannot consider the statement in the tweet as a technical error. This is more of a psychological issue: it seems that as the historical truths about the establishment of the Armenian state in the lands of Western Azerbaijan are repeated more and more, the Armenian public and political consciousness are already starting to work with these fallacy templates. Although Pashinyan pretends to be a clown, he is not a fool and knows the historical reality.
