The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) congratulated the state and people of Azerbaijan on October 18 - Day of Restoration of Independence, AzVision.az reports.

"Friends and brothers, we heartily congratulate you on the Day of Restoration of Independence of Azerbaijan," the ministry tweeted.
