Despite the resistance of Armenia, the 215th session of the UNESCO Executive Board adopted the second decision proposed by Azerbaijan on "The Baku process: Advancing intercultural dialogue for human security, peace and sustainable development” on October 19, AzVision.az reports citing the Azerbaijani National Commission for UNESCO's Twitter post.
