Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has made a post on his official Twitter account on Armenia’s missile attack on the city of Barda carried out on October 27-28, 2020.
The post reads: “On October 27-28, Armenia’s rocket attacks against densely populated part of Barda, located out of the active military operations zone, took lives of 27, and wounded more than 70 civilians. We remember and honor those who were heinously killed as a result of this war crime.”
