"The scale of landmine fields planted by Armenia, as well as the mine traps it set for a powerful and deadly explosion is the manifestation of terror targeting the civilian population. During the incident in the Mehdili village of Jabrayil on November 2, 2022, Ahmadov Ilgar Heybat oglu, born in 1972, became a victim of yet another landmine explosion," ANAMA said.
The mine traps increasing the risk of deaths are regularly detected during ANAMA's mine-clearing operations.
