Erdogan made the statement during his speech at the IX Summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Samarkand.
The Turkish leader said he had visited the liberated territories and got acquainted with the ongoing works.
“I participated in several events in those areas and saw the reconstruction works being carried out there. When I saw these works in place, I felt proud as a Turk. Achieving so much progress in such a short time is a source of pride for us,” he added.
