Head of the Presidential Administration's Department for Relations with Political Parties and Legislative Authority Adalat Valiyev read out President of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party Ilham Aliyev's congratulatory message addressed to the conference participants.
The ICAPP Standing Committee Co-Chairman, former Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea Chung Eui-yong also addressed the conference.
The conference will also feature panel sessions on various topics.
