This agreement will bring the EU even closer to their partners in the South Caucasus region and help both regions to achieve clean energy, said Ursula von der Leyen President of the European Commission in her speech at a plenary session dedicated to the signing of the "Agreement on Strategic Partnership in the field of development and transfer of Green energy in Romania.
Ursula von der Leyen also stressed that Azerbaijan is Europe's reliable energy partner.
