The European Court of Human Rights rejected Yerevan's request to impose strict measures against Baku for the "opening" of the Lachin road, AzVision.az reports citing the information circulated on Telegram channels.
According to the organization, the safe passage of seriously ill patients and other Armenians living in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan should be allowed.
Yerevan believes that official Baku should undertake to restore the supply of natural gas.
Note that, the road to Lachin was blocked by the Russian peacekeepers. The road is available for vehicles carrying humanitarian aid. However, Azerbaijan will not allow separatists to transport weapons and minerals to Armenia through that road.
This is the clear answer of the official Baku. From this point of view, the action of the activists on the mentioned road has been continuing for 11 days.
