“Karabakh, including the Lachin road is Azerbaijan’s sovereign territory,” said Azerbaijani Ambassador to France Leyla Abdullayeva in a post on her Twitter account as she commented on the pro-Armenian French MPs’ appeal over the Lachin road published in Le Monde newspaper.
