He noted that today, the Turkish Armed Forces is one of the world's elite armies:
"For independence and sovereignty, we must ensure the security of our borders with the concept of 'border is honor' in all kinds of relief and climatic conditions, fight against all terrorist organizations, including PKK/PYD/YPG, ISIS, and FETO, deal serious blows to terrorists, and resolutely protect our rights and interests in our seas and skies," the Turkish minister said.
Akar added that Turkiye would continue to support the just struggle of all friends, brothers, and allies, including Northern Cyprus, Azerbaijan, and Libya, and at the same time contribute to peace in the region and the world.
