President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Law amending the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Service", AzVision.az reports.
In accordance with the following document, Articles 11.1.5.2-1 and 11.1.6.1-1 of the following content are added to the mentioned law:
"11.1.5.2-1. duties of the heads and deputy heads of the public service apparatuses and state agencies, who are appointed and dismissed by the relevant executive authority established under the relevant executive authorities";
"11.1.6.1-1. duties of advisers, assistants to the heads of public services and state agencies, whose heads and deputy heads are appointed and dismissed by the relevant executive authority established under the relevant executive authorities".
