Vehicles belonging to Russian peacekeepers and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) pass freely through the peaceful protest area on the Lachin-Khankandi road, AzVision.az reports.
On January 24, conditions were created for the 46 supply vehicles, including a passenger car belonging to Russian peacekeepers and 12 vehicles belonging to ICRC to pass through the protest area.
This once again shows that the protesters do not obstruct the movement of vehicles used for humanitarian purposes.
