“Dignitaries from different countries around the world come together in Baku to discuss the issues concerning the world and try to find solutions to them,” he noted.
Highlighting the importance of exchange of experience as one of the formats of the forum, Ismail Serageldin said: “The world is facing difficult times, and it is extremely important to hold mutual dialogue and discussions, as well as study ideas against the background of the problems affecting mankind. Every country should contribute to the world.”
