The process of expulsion from Azerbaijan of Iranian diplomats, declared persona non grata, has started, AzVision.az reports citing the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
The diplomats are as follows:
Mirmahdi Mirsalampur Sharif
Gurbanali Purmarjan Varjovi
Hadi Moghadam
Asgar Bahari Khosh Manzar.
On April 6, four employees of the Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan were declared persona non-grata and those persons were demanded to leave the territory of Azerbaijan within 48 hours.
