President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for his personal decision to build the Kurmangazy Children's Art Center in liberated Karabakh.
At the meeting held in Astana, the Head of State invited Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the opening of this center, which is being constructed very fast.
“This will be a good symbol of friendship and brotherhood of our peoples,” the Azerbaijani leader noted.
