“During our meeting, we paid attention to conducting negotiations on the peace treaty with Armenia,” the minister said.
He said that since December of last year, as a result of Armenia's destructive position, direct contacts have been suspended: “International mediators are trying to bring Armenia back to the negotiating table. Successive steps are taken in this regard. We called on the Armenian side to return to the negotiating table.”
Bayramov stressed that Armenia's destructive approach affects not only the negotiation process: “We are also witnessing new military provocations. The recent provocation happened yesterday.”
