The festival will be held in Togh village of Hadrout region. The main purpose is to promote tourism sector in so-called `Nagorno Karabakh Republic`. The festival includes a rich cultural program with concerts, exhibitions and tasting of the best traditional foods.
Note, the first `Artsakh` Wine Festiwal was held on October 18, 2014 in Togh village of Hadrout region (Azerbaijani Khojavand region) of Nagorno Karabakh.
