Hikmat Hajiyev, the Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, is on a visit to Brussels, Belgium, AzVsion.az reports citing Azerbaijan's Mission to NATO.
Hajiyev will meet with NATO Assistant Secretary General David Cutler.
