President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has expressed condolences to President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic in connection with the victims of an armed incident at a school in Belgrade, AzVision.az reports.
Eight people were killed and at least 10 were wounded in a shooting in the town of Mladenovac, south of Belgrade, local media reported, with police setting up roadblocks in their hunt for the gunman.
