  Group of international travelers from Sweden visit Azerbaijan’s Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur

A group of international travelers from the Swedish 'Club100' organization have today kicked off their visit to Azerbaijan’s Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur regions, AzVision.az reports. 

The delegation is led by Bengt Hildebrand, who represents the prestigious club, which brings together travelers of Scandinavian origin.

During the three-day trip, the delegation will visit Fuzuli, Khojavand, Aghdam and Tartar districts of Azerbaijan. They will be able to observe the mine clearance operations in Fuzuli district.

The travelers will also visit the Azykh cave located in the Khojavand district, the city of Aghdam as well as the village of Talish in the Tartar district.

The visitors will eyewitness the consequences of the Armenian occupation and will be informed about the restoration and reconstruction works carried out by Azerbaijan on the liberated territories.

Over the past two years, the large delegations of the major international travel networks, such as ETIC, MTP, TCC, NomadMania and the Turkish Travel Club, have visited Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur six times.

The trip is of great importance in terms of promoting Azerbaijani liberated territories in the framework of black tourism.

As part of these trips, more than 200 travelers visited Azerbaijan’s Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur regions.
