The Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) oil and gas fields have produced 573 million tons oil since its commissioning till 1 May 2023, said First Vice-President of Azerbaijan`s State Oil Company (SOCAR) Khoshbakht Yusifzade as he addressed the Baku Energy Forum on June 2.
According to him, 208 billion cubic meters of gas have been produced from the field block so far. “More than 340 million tons of oil produced in the ACG until now fell to the share of Azerbaijan's profit oil.”
“484 million tons of the 654 million tons of oil produced in Azerbaijan have been exported to world markets through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline,” Khoshbakht Yusifzade added.
