Co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) for the monitoring of Azerbaijan Ian Liddell-Grainger (UK) and Lise Christoffersen (Norway) have had a meeting at the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.
Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court Chingiz Askerov briefed the co-rapporteurs about the reforms carried out in the country in the area of legal and judicial system under the leadership of the head of state Ilham Aliyev, highlighted special importance Azerbaijan attaches to expansion of judicial and legal cooperation with the members states of the Council of Europe.
