Azerbaijani writer awarded with "Sharaf" Order following presidential decree

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on awarding Movlud Balakishiyev with the "Sharaf" Order, AzVision.az reports.

According to the decree, Movlud Balakishiyev (Movlud Suleymanli) is awarded the "Sharaf Order" for great input in the development of Azerbaijani literature.
