Officials of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society are negotiating with Russian peacekeepers temporarily deployed on the territory of Azerbaijan on the delivery of humanitarian aid from Baku to Khankendi to meet the needs of the city’s Armenian residents, AzVision.az reports.
