The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has held a press briefing, AzVision.az reports.

Note, on September 10, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announced that local anti-terrorist operations have been launched in Karabakh in order to restore the constitutional structure of Azerbaijan.
