Azerbaijan's Guba city has been chosen as the agricultural capital of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan Majnun Mammadov said at a press conference, AzVision.az reports.
“Until the next meeting of the Ministers of Agriculture of the Organization of Turkish States, the capital will remain the city of Guba. The next meeting will take place in Kazakhstan,” he noted.
