Azerbaijan to switch to winter time on Oct.25

Azerbaijan to switch to winter time on Oct.25

On Oct. 25 at 05:00 clocks were set one hour back in Azerbaijan.

In Azerbaijan, the transition from summer to winter time is based on the decision of the Cabinet of Minister of March 17, 1997.

According to the decision “On the application of daylight saving time”, every last Sunday of March clocks are set one hour forward signaling the start of summer daylight saving time. Summer daylight saving time is abolished by turning clocks back an hour.
