Israel hits more than 80 Hamas sites in northern Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces said fighter jets struck over 80 targets in Beit Hanoun in the Gaza Strip, including two bank branches used by Hamas to fund terrorism in the Gaza Strip, an underground tunnel and two operational command centers used by Hamas to direct terrorist activities against Israel, AzVision.az reports citing The Times of Israel.

Dozens of fighter jets carried out the strikes against the targets, which include two bank branches used by Hamas, an underground tunnel, several war rooms, and other military installations, the IDF says.

Furthermore, the IDF struck two Hamas terror compounds used for training, manufacturing and storing weapons. In one of the compounds, the headquarters of the commander of Hamas' northern brigade was struck.

In addition, terror infrastructure - including a weapons storage facility - located in the residence of a Hamas naval operative was struck. Moreover, an Islamic Jihad operational command center used by the terrorist organization’s rocket forces was targeted.

Fighter jets also struck infrastructure used by Lui Kapisha, an ex-prisoner and a senior operative in Hamas' Headquarters in Judea and Samaria, who directed terrorist activities against Israel. The jets also struck an Islamic Jihad weapons storage facility and base for its operatives located inside a mosque.
