On October 30, Head of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Ali Nagiyev met with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejčinović Burić, at the headquarters of the CoE in Strasbourg, AzVision.az reports citing the State Security Service's press center.
