In November 2023, M.H.Huseynzade with a weapon in his hands attempted to break into the administrative building of the diplomatic mission of a foreign state in Baku with an intention to commit a terrorist act. He was detained and disarmed as a result of operative measures carried out by officers of the State Security Service.
The petition filed by the investigator of the State Security Service against M.H.Huseynzade was considered by the Sabail District Court of Baku.
By the court's decision, Huseynzade was sentenced to a four-month arrest as a preventive measure.
M.H.Huseynzade is accused under Articles 28, 214.2.3 and 28, 214.2.6 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
