Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia informs his British counterpart about ongoing restoration work in Karabakh

Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu has informed British Ambassador in Moscow Nigel Casey about the restoration and reconstruction and works carried out in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports.

The Azerbaijani diplomat briefed his British counterpart on Azerbaijan’s humanitarian assistance and the Armenian population’s voluntarily leaving the territories. He further added that the responsibility of the Armenian population rests solely on the shoulders of Armenia and the separatist regime under its control.

Ambassador Polad Bulbuloglu said on November 28, President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order on the establishment of “Karabakh University” in the city of Khankendi.

The sides also discussed cooperation between Azerbaijan and the UK.

The Azerbaijani ambassador presented the book “Karabakh before and after occupation”, published by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, to Nigel Casey.
