Ilham Aliyev officially nominated as presidential candidate by ruling New Azerbaijan Party

Ilham Aliyev has been officially nominated as a candidate for the early presidential election by the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (NAP).

The decision was made at an expanded meeting of the NAP board held today, AzVision.az reports.

On December 7, President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to announce snap presidential elections in Azerbaijan, which will be held on February 7, 2024.
