Eldar Samedov recalled that 613 people were killed in Khojaly: "After the liberation of our lands from occupation, the State Commission receives new appeals about missing persons. Taking into account the new appeals, the number of missing persons in the Khojaly genocide exceeds 200. On February 23, the 13th mass grave was discovered in the liberated territories. We will work until we know the fate of all our missing citizens".
