A criminal case has been opened against Ruslan Panahov, detained in Armenia, on the fact of "attempted sabotage, illegal storage of weapons and ammunition, attempted murder on the grounds of racial, religious intolerance", AzVision.az reports citing Armenian media.
On the morning of February 28, Panahov Ruslan Eldaniz oglu, a soldier of the Azerbaijani army, moving between positions in the territory of the Lachin district, lost his bearings due to adverse weather conditions and got lost.
